First to enter the coliseum was Download Pass. Download Pass entered the arena armed with 671 DVDs that contained a combined total of 3,226 scenes. The site’s tour brags of having 587 GIGs of downloadable video and over thirty categories of videos to choose from.

That’s the good news; the bad news is that the navigation just plain sucks on this site—finding what I wanted was an absolute struggle, one that wasn’t helped by the fact that there’s no search engine on Download Pass. Best you can do is browse the complete listing, newest releases, actors, most popular selections and studios in the hopes of finding that which you desire to see. You can also try your luck at rooting through various categories, which run the gamut of typical (Asian, interracial, etc.) and not-so-typical (pregnant, hairy, etc.).

All videos on Download Pass are in WMV format and require the Windows Media Player—you can save the videos to your hard drive or stream them instantly. The movies are broken up into scenes, which in turn are broken up into seven parts, but you can also stream or download the full scene if you’re so inclined. The first clip I attempted to watch didn’t download; instead, a scene from an entirely different movie streamed—not a good sign. There are three qualities for movies on this site: low, which is for dial-up users and is utter garbage, medium, which is okay, and high, which is slightly better than okay. The picture quality of these videos is like an epileptic in the grips of a seizure: shaky. The sound on these clips is absolutely terrible—the videos sound like early R.E.M. records!

Download Pass only had one scene featuring Jenna Jameson (from Ultimate Firsts) and no Rachel Rotten scenes at all. On the plus side, members of Download Pass gain access to over forty bonus reality sites (sixty-five at press time), including Smut Bus, Anal in the Amazon, Rap Video Auditions, My Favorite Handjob, Amazing Footjobs and Lil Jon’s new porn site (YEAH!), which is truly bizarre. If Download Pass didn’t offer access to sixty-five bonus sites, it probably wouldn’t be worth the price of admission, which is $9.99 for a three day trial membership and $29.99 for a monthly membership.

Dirty Peter Says: Joseph says it all, and I couldn’t agree more with the pitiful site navigation. Overall, the site's video selection is average compared to others. There are some quality one's in here too, just good luck finding them.
