VideoHub, lugging an arsenal of 518 movies, which included 2,596 scenes (a full 60,259 minutes of video) made its weary way onto the blood-soaked killing field next. Its tour asserts that VideoHub contains hundreds of DVDs from the best studios, adds new clips every week, boasts ultra fast downloads and promises that all of this great shit could be yours for only $0.67 cents a day. The tour claims the site has no fakes, no viruses, no DRM and no download limitations.

Movies can be streamed in Windows Media Player at 520 Kbps or downloaded in very high quality and you can watch a trailer or view screen shots to decide which videos to download first. The movies are broken up into scenes but can also be downloaded as a whole in two parts (is it even possible to download all of something in two parts?! Technically, I don’t think so...). Streaming with Windows Media Player is a terrible ordeal; the video is choppy and the picture is blurry, grainy and pixilated—the whole bit. Adding insult to injury, the videos took a little while to download. Browse by categories (all the usual stuff), porn stars and studios.

I can honestly say that I’ve never heard of any of the studios (what the hell is Don Goo?!) and most of the porn “stars” are relative unknowns—don’t bother searching for Jenna Jameson or Rachel Rotten cos they aren’t on this site. $19.95 is the price of a single month’s membership and, “for your convenience,” membership is renewed automatically after one month at $19.95 per month until cancelled. Well, isn’t that nice of ‘em! If the movies truly are “DVD quality” as promised, then these are bootleg DVD quality at best. VideoHub is definitely the worst site of the five profiled here, closely followed by Ten.com, the next site to enter the arena.

VideoHub is one that I have to disagree with Joseph on. All the movies in VideoHub are European, and I personally love European movies and porn stars. Plus, this is the first site in the DVD Download review where I came across a True HD Video, which is 1280px X 720px. This means the movies are crystal clear. There are not many, but I will tell you the quality is stunning. Also, some of the hottest movies I have downloaded have come from this site, but at the same time, there are a few that are really crappy in picture quality. It appears the older movies are the ones that are not that great.
