DVD Download Sites Go Head-to-Head - Enter the Arena!

Intro

The world of Internet pornography is a dangerous place to roam, especially if you’re touting a wallet crammed with credit cards—there are thousands of shysters out there looking to scam you out of your hard-won cash. Granted, not all porn sites are looking to rip you off, but some of ‘em are, thus it’s in your best interest to do some research before you pass any online checks. No matter how good a site’s tour may look, you’re playing Russian roulette with your porno dollar every time you sign up to one. Nearly all sites will claim to have DVD quality videos for download, but how many of ‘em actually deliver on that lofty claim? Sadly, not many, which means you’re probably gonna get fucked and not in a good way.

That’s where I come in. I corralled five DVD Download porn sites and forced ‘em to duke it out in a space age coliseum. I personally test-drove these five popular sites and thoroughly compared the data I collected to determine which site was the best value. I looked at cost, picture quality and navigation.

I also looked at video selection; in an effort to figure out which site had the most comprehensive assortment of DVDs, I chose one famous porn starlet (Jenna Jameson, easily the most visible and successful blue movie actress working in the industry today) and one not-so-famous adult film performer (Rachel Rotten, a relative newcomer who’s only been in the business for a few years) and searched for both of ‘em—if a site had movies starring both gals, I figured its selection was probably quite extensive.

Another thing I looked for on these sites was DRM. DRM, or Digital Rights Management, is defined as “any of several technologies used by publishers to control access to digital data (such as software, music, movies) and hardware. In more technical terms, DRM handles the description, layering, analysis, valuation, trading, monitoring and enforcement of usage restrictions that accompany a specific instance of a digital work.” If you download a video from a site that uses DRM, you won’t be able to play the video after your membership to said site has expired. If a site doesn’t explicitly state that it doesn’t use DRM, then it probably does. Sites that don’t use DRM technology will usually brag about their DRM-free videos.

Anyway, the sites fought bravely for their lives and the losers were fed to the lions while the winner was worshipped like a god. No blood was spilled during this grand battle, but plenty of seed was!
